Once you feel that you are ready to proceed with a ceremony, and we have had our initial consultation, please note the following terms and conditions.

• For all ceremonies, including weddings, civil partnerships, commitment ceremonies, renewal of vows, and naming ceremonies, there is a non-refundable booking fee of £100 payable to ensure that your date is secured.
• Where additional costs are incurred for items to be used in ceremony elements, a deposit will be required on those items.
• The balance of payments for all ceremonies except funeral ceremonies shall become payable one month in advance of the ceremony date.
• Where there are any extra costs for travel or special arrangements, these will always be agreed at the initial meeting.
• If, for any reason, a ceremony is cancelled, clients for weddings, civil partnerships, commitment ceremonies, renewal of vows, and naming ceremonies will be entitled to a refund of money paid, excluding booking fees and deposits paid, up to four months from the agreed date.
